WELCOME TO THE MIDNIGHT BALLOT
"The Syndicate does not evolve by chance; it evolves by choice. At Midnight Waterz Every Surfer has a voice, even if their idea is too complex for them.
PHASE 1:
THE PROPOSAL
Have an idea for a new card, a UI update, or an epic Grimoire entry? Click the Propose Ballot button to submit your blueprint. The Oracle will automatically assign it a secure Tracking ID (e.g., BAL-001) and alert the team.
PHASE 2:
DEBATE & VOTE
Once a proposal is live on the Active Board, the floor is open. Review the details, test the logic, and leave your comments. When you are ready, lock in your official stance: Approve or Reject.
PHASE 3:
THE VERDICT
The Head Honcho will officially resolve the ballot based on the Syndicate's votes.
🏆 The Proxy Override (P-001): If the vote is highly contested and comes down to a margin of exactly one vote, the final Surfer who tipped the scales will instantly be awarded the elusive Phantom Card: The Proxy Override.
📖 The Grimoire Uplink: Approved artifacts and lore will be automatically forged into the official Midnight Waterz Grimoire and added as (in the works).
